Our work

One contract. Since day one.

Axora started in September 2025. Everything we have built since is on one site: South Ormsby Estate in Lincolnshire, for Simpson (York) Ltd, who have kept us there for the whole of it.

The site, scanned in 3D.

We survey the works and build a measured 3D model from it. It settles quantities, records what was actually there, and makes a variation argument a matter of looking rather than remembering.

The stable courtyard, with the slab down and the ranges either side.
The wider earthworks, showing the cut and the formation set out.

Ask us for a reference on this job and we will go to Simpson (York) Ltd for it. We are also happy to talk through scope, programme and whether Axora is the right fit.
