What we self-deliver.

S.104 adoptable sewers

Design, lay and test foul and surface drainage to the Water UK Design and Construction Guidance, and to the adopting water company's addenda. We manage CCTV surveys, air testing and the Section 104 agreement process.

Deep drainage

Drainage installations to 3 m+ depth with shoring, proprietary support systems and dewatering. Benched and haunched to specification.

SuDS and attenuation

Attenuation tanks, crates, swales, soakaways and infiltration basins designed to hydraulic engineer specification and installed to programme.

Manholes and inspection chambers

Precast concrete manholes and brick-built inspection chambers to WRc specification. Benching, backdrop connections and step irons where required.

Pumping stations

Excavation, installation and commissioning of packaged sewage pumping stations. CDM-compliant confined-space procedures throughout.
