Ducting & Services
Service ducting laid, proved and reinstated by our own crew. We set the trench out to the separations each utility needs, bed and lay the ducts to that specification, leave draw ropes in and rod every run before it is covered.
What we self-deliver.
Multi-utility trenches
Shared trenches carrying electric, gas, water and comms with the separations and bedding each utility requires. Set out so every provider can accept their own leg without a return visit.
HV and LV cable ducting
Twinwall and heavy-duty ducting for high and low voltage cable runs, with draw ropes, marker tape and warning tiles laid to the DNO specification.
Comms and fibre ducting
Sub-duct and multi-way ducting for fibre and telecoms, jointed and proved so the cabling contractor can blow straight through.
Gas and water laterals
Service laterals from the main to the plot, bedded in sand, marked and pressure tested before backfill.
Duct proving and rodding
Every run rodded and proved before it is covered, with draw ropes left in. A duct that fails after backfill costs a dig, not a phone call.
Reinstatement
Backfill, compaction and surface reinstatement to tolerance, including on adoptable surfaces where the finish is inspected.
