Slabs, walls and hardstanding, poured and finished by our own crew. We manage rebar fixing, formwork, concrete supply and testing on every structure we cast.
What we self-deliver.
Ground-bearing slabs
Subgrade preparation, blinding, DPM, mesh or rebar, and finished concrete slabs to FM2 or FM3 tolerance. Full compaction and cube records provided.
Suspended slabs
Beams and blocks, composite metal deck and in-situ RC suspended slabs. Propping and striking schedules managed to structural engineer requirements.
Retaining walls
Reinforced concrete retaining walls, mass concrete retaining walls and gabion baskets. We work from structural drawings and manage pour records and backfill stages.
